Undertaking a key role in the future growth of the Company, a leading provider of Moveable Walls & Partitions
A background in Engineering service operations, team leadership and and commercial management is required in the successful candidate, who will lead the UK wide Service Teams.
Role purpose :
Driving Sales, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency across the UK via the network of offices, enabling growth of the UK Service Division with responsibilities including :
*Responsible for budget and P&L for the Service division
*Develop and implement systems, processes and operational improvements
*Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
*Monitor, implement and work to operational KPIs
*Undertake a range of reporting and present to the Managing Director and Board.
