Recruiting a Sales office administrator. This is a busy and varied role that joins a small office team. The role helps to ensure the smooth running of the office and ensure sales and orders are progressed. No two days are the same, so the successful candidate should be able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities, along with being a confident PC user with excellent communication skills. Construction, Surveying or Property Industry experience is helpful, but not essential
Responsibilities include :
*Answering incoming enquiries, via 'phone and email
*Liaising with customers and potential customers, handling all enquiries and queries with a first class level of Customer care.
*Monitor and report on sales metrics, weekly, monthly and quarterly
*Supporting the Directors with appointment setting, diaries and scheduling of meetings. Also manage team calendars and holiday schedules
*Support Accounts functions, using accounting software where needed
*Creating online and offline marketing material
