A member of the Federation of Master Builders, my client is an award winning building solutions company specialising in damp proofing, energy efficiency, and building renovations
Projects are mostly within 1.5 radius from Hemel Hempstead, Herts. The Company is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor keent to take the next step in their career.
A key role within a successful SME working closely with the Owner to continue to develop and progress the success of the Company. The successful candidate will be managing a number of projects and responsibilities from tender through to completion ensuring costs / budgets and timescales are adhered to and financial risk is managed.
It is preferred though not essential to hold Chartered Status / RICS
