An exciting opportunity to join a small, established and successful Jewellery Business.
From design to manufacture of their Jewellery, through to distribution of their impressive portfolio of retailers, the Company are recruiting a candidate to assist in the smooth running of all office operations. Career development opportunities into sales / account management are real and will be encouraged in time.
To be successful in the role the candidate is likely to be organised, proactive, and confident with stock control and order processing systems. Confident telephone manner is essential, as is good level of PC skills, training on bespoke CRM will be provided.
Specific role responsibilities will include liaising with clients, inputting order details, all associated administration and communication via ‘phone and email, checking deliveries, packing orders and organising post / couriers for delivery onto clients.
