Part Time HR Manager
22.5 hours per week. 3 days or part time of every day
To £45,000 pro rata
My client is an established Company with c 35 people . This exciting new role as a stand alone Part Time Manager supports the smooth running of the Company through timely, organised and well advised delivery of HR services.
A broad role with responsibilities including :
Managing Company training and employee performance
Reviewing and implementing Company policies, Contracts and Staff handbook
Implement and manage employee wellbeing
Managing the process surrounding Leavers
Ensuring line managers have development plans in place for their teams
Ensuring HR software Atlas records are up to date
Dispute / grievance management
Assisting with recruitment where required.
The successful candidate is likely to be qualified CIPD Level 5
