PA / Office Manager
HemelHempstead, Herts. Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm.

Fabulous opportunity for an experienced PA / Office Manager, with Accounts experience, to join an established Company specialising in Property refurbishment / restoration /modernisation .
The role responsibilities include:
Looking after the Company Accounts , from processing purchase and sales invoices , account reconciliation VAT returns and CIS tax forms. Experience of using Xero is essential.
Undertaking PA duties including Diary Management, travel requirements and administrative support
Office Manager responsibility include ensuring the smooth running of the office and support to the team ( approx 5 people) , producing Client documentation, checking and replying to emails, digital marketing and website management.
If you are an experineced co ordinator / PA, with Accounts and Xero experience , in addition to Microsoft, especially Excel and Word, and enjoy providing high level support, this varied and role could be for you.
