Fabulous opportunity for HR Professional to join an established Global Clothing Organisation. The HR BP will focus on the UK Business and work closely with the Business Units and with HR BPs across the Globe. Key to the success of the role is driving its Business Agenda through strategic and robust HR Policies. The HR BP will lead on the delivery of talent management, performance management, leadership development, rewards, employee engagement and culture building .
Main responsibilities include:
*Design and develop a HR Roadmap for the Company
*Creating job descriptions across the Company
*Interviewing , interview training and training in best practice
*Creation of induction pack
*Develop and Implement a Talent management strategy
*Creating KPIs in conjunction with Business Heads, designing appraisal systems and creating employee wellbeing initiatives
* Embedding a culture of learning and development and training packages
*Launching company newsletter and social media presence
*Analysing data , report writing.
The successful candidate must have HR experience , be proactive, self motivated.
