Office based. Monday to Friday shifts : 8.30am-5pm , 9.00am- 5.30pm, 9.30am-6pm.
Fabulous opportunity to join a Payroll Company who provide a full range of services to clients and contractors within Film & TV, Umbrella and CIS .
The role focus is to ensure delivery of a consistently high standard of service while onboarding new candidates and providing excellent on-going support and assistance as required to ensure candidate retention. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential to ensure Compliance with regulatory documentation requirements. .
Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls and enquiries , responding swiftly to a new referrals for prospective candidates and ensuring Compliance procedures are followed, send newly onboarded candidates welcome information and documentation and ensuring details are logged onto the bespoke crm system.
The positions will suit customer service administrators who are motivated to deliver a high standard of telephone based service, have excellent communication and administration skills, are comfortable working to targets / SLAs and KPIs and who enjoy working as part of a team.
