Hybrid. Remote and Rickmansworth
£25,000 + Bonus + excellent Benefits
Hours Monday to Friday : 3 shifts : 8.30am - 5pm, 9am - 5.30pm, 9.30am - 6pm. 1 Saturday in 4 with day off in lieu, and 4 additional Saturdays per year.
Fabulous opportunity to join the busy Contact Centres teams of an established Global Car Finance Company. Role Responsibilities include :
Handling a high level of incoming customer calls and making outbound calls to customers relating their car finance agreement while maintaining a high standard of service
Logging details accurately onto the system and ensuring the database is up to date at all times
Working to KPIs and Company standards
Ensuring Compliance with all relevant legislation including Consumer Credit Act, Money Laundering, Data Protection, FCA and FLA Code of practice
Full training is given though customer service and PC experience is required.
