Fluency in German, English and another European Language is essential for this fabulous role supporting Clients across Europe.
Working in a B2B environment, the role brings responsibility for managing the lifecycle of Customer orders from order entry to billing. Specific tasks include :
Responding to queries relating to customer orders and deliveries
Managing deliveries, including liaising with 3rd party warehouses and supply chain
Raise Credits and adjustments as required
Ensuring customer records are kept accurately and up to date for Audit
The role will suit a candidate who enjoys working within a team environment, works with accuracy and has a high level of Microsoft skills, SAP is desirable.
