£19,000 and bonus to c£21,000
Full training is given, though a background in Customer Service and telephone based Collection of outstanding arrears is preferred as are strong negotiation and influencing skills, empathy and tact.
Being the first point of contact for customers whose payments have fallen into arrears , the role requires the successful candidates to understand the Customers financial circumstances and work together to negotiate a payment plan suitable for both parties.
Various shifts between 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday and Saturday9.00am - 1.00pm on a rota basis if required.
