Joining an established Payroll provider, this role assists Senior Account Managers and provides customer service to existing clients.

Full training is given, but the candidate must be able to bring a professional, confident and friendly telephone manner. A commitment towards delivering and maintaining a high level of customer service is essential

Role responsibilities include :

*Building relationships with existing clients and employees over the phone, and face to face

*Managing the registration of employees for new and existing clients

*Developing and maintaining relationship with existing clients

*Identifying new business opportunities through existing accounts and following up on warm leads

*Meeting with prospective Clients

Monday to Friday 9.30am - 6.00pm
